Book Your Autumn/Winter 2025/2026 NHS COVID-19 Vaccine in at Southdowns Pharmacy Group

By choosing to get vaccinated at Southdowns Pharmacy Group, you’re contributing to the collective effort in protecting our community. Join us in keeping your family and neighbours safe.

Eligible patients will receive a notification from the NHS for their seasonal COVID-19 vaccine. Alternatively, you can book online via the NHS app, call 119, or visit our branches.

The Joint Committee on Vaccination and Immunisation (JCVI) has updated its advice for the Spring 2026 COVID-19 vaccination programme, which has been accepted by ministers. The focus of the programme is shifting towards targeted vaccination of those at highest risk of serious disease.

For Spring 2026, free COVID-19 vaccinations will be offered by the NHS to only the following cohorts:

adults aged 75 years and over
residents in care homes for older adults
individuals who are immunosuppressed aged 6 months and over

This represents a change from the previous expanded programmes, which also included adults aged 65 to 74 and all those aged 6 months and over in a clinical risk group.
