  • Feeling tired or fatigued

  • Fever (temperature above 37.8°C)
  • Feeling or being sick (nausea)

These typically resolve within 1–2 days. Rest and paracetamol can help.

When to Seek Advice

Serious reactions are very rare. Contact 111 or seek urgent care if you experience:

  • Difficulty breathing or shortness of breath
  • Swelling of the face, lips, tongue or throat
  • Chest pain or a rapid or irregular heartbeat
  • Feeling faint or collapse
  • Symptoms that do not improve after 2–3 days
